Addendum No 3Glens Falls National Bank Addendum #3 Queensbury Renovation February 20, 2024 Page 1 of 1 ADDENDUM #3 TO THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR GLENS FALLS NATIONAL BANK QUEENSBURY RENOVATION The following changes, additions, and/or deletions are hereby made part of the construction documents of the above project, fully and completely, as if contained in the documents. All other conditions of the original Invitation to Bid and bid set remain unchanged. This Addendum must be acknowledged on the Bid Form. The Bid submittal date and time are not changed by this Addendum. Addendum Items 1. Paving: NYSDOT 404.098201 top course and binder course have been changed to Type 6 Top Couse and Type 3 Binder Course. Refer to the attached Sketch B-SK-03. 2. Question: Which is window type 3? It appears to be too long for a single manual shade. Answer: Type 3 window shade is at the existing drive-through window. This shade can be divided into two units. 3. Question: Specification section 08 14 16 Wood Doors calls for plain sliced cherry wood doors. The door schedule calls for birch. Answer: The wood doors shall be plain sliced cherry per specification section 08 14 16. See revised door schedule on A-600. 4. Question: Drawing E001: Proposed One-Line Diagram, Conduit to Utility Pole is indicated as (2) SETS OF (3) 350MCM + #1G IN 4". The electric service is a 3Ø, 4W service. Should the conduit to the utility pole read (2) SETS OF (4) 350MCM + #1G IN 4"? Answer: On drawing E001, revise the note to say: (2) SETS OF (4) 350MCM IN 4”. No ground wire is required for this new service run. 5. Drawing M102: There are ducts on the second floor indicated as oval duct. Revise these to be rectangular ducts, in the dimensions indicated. See attached drawing.
