The residence contains 2 bedrooms; however the system was designed to accommodate 3 bedrooms. The system consists of a Fuji-Clean CE-5 enhanced treatment unit, a 500-gallon polyethylene pump station and a 10'.x 25' downstream absorption bed. The design received septic variances from the Queensbury Local Board of Health (Resolution BOH 68, 2021) on November 1, 2021. The system was installed under Queensbury Permit#SEP-0752-2021 by Ellsworth &Son Excavating in December, 2021. Final inspection approval was issued by the Building and Codes Department on March 1,2022. The system also received an approval of Property Transfer Inspection from by the Building and Codes Department on March 1, 2022.. Copies of our record drawing of installation as well as Town installation inspection and Property Transfer Inspection reports are attached. Today, I visited the site and conducted a general walkthrough, not a detailed inspection. No evidence of failure or system operational problems was observed. It is my opinion that the existing septic system is sized, designed, and installed in a manner compliant with the current Town standard for septic systems (Chapter 136), with approved variances, and is currently functioning as designed.
