1) The home has been winterized and there is no heat, electricity or water
turned on.
2) The heat needs to be on in order to turn the water on.
3) The electricity needs to be on and a final inspection performed by a
third party electrical inspector approved by the Town of Queensbury.
Note: Please address these issues before scheduling a Final Inspection
by the Town of Queensbury Building and Code Enforcement Department.
