The Building Permit noted above has expired . We have not been able to
close our file and issue a Certificate of Occupancy since we did not obtain
a final electrical inspection certificate .
Please furnish this department with a copy of the final electrical inspection
certificate no later than February 15 , 1991 , so we may close the file and issue
the necessary doceiments . ATf you do not have this certificate we suggest that
that you contact either your electrical contractor or the electrical inspection
agency involved .
