Division 01 — General Conditions Administrative work to be provided by the General Contractor(GC): • Obtain and post the Building Permit. • Coordinate building inspections by the Town of Queensbury as required. • Coordinate testing of concrete, if required. • Provide electrical inspections as required. • Provide blower door tests, if required, and certify compliance. • Obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from the Town of Queensbury. Project Coordination • The GC shall submit monthly applications for payment to the Owner. The Architect will review upon request by the Owner. • The GC shall correspond primarily with the Owner throughout the construction period for minor coordination items. Significant changes to the materials or layout shall be reviewed with the Architect to verify relevant Code compliance. • The Architect shall be copied on correspondence with the Owner. • The GC shall make submittals to the Architect for all certain materials furnished for the project listed below. These submissions shall be made electronically. The GC shall include an allowance to furnish and install the work identified on the Allowance Schedule.
