This letter is in reference to your storage building located on Holden
Avenue and several discussions which have transpired since the issuance of
your Certificate of Occupancy.
This letter is to advise you that you were issued a permit to build a
warehouse storage building. Along with this you may have a bathroom facility
and a small office, provided that we do the inspections and permits are issued
before this activity. However, I must advise you that should any major repairs,
and by this we mean the bringing of equipment to this building for repair,
occur that this would not be in line with your approval granted by the Planning
Board and therefore would require you to go back for an amended Site Plan Review.
However you will be allowed to do minor repairs as needed should equipment
that you are taking out of storage break during that process or should your
men find something in need of repair while it is in the building.

Approval was for and what you are allowed to do with your building under your
