PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 179-14-040 of the Ordinance of the Town of Queensbury entitled: Appeals and
Variances, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Queensbury will
conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 7:00 p.m. until approximately 11:00 p.m. at the
Queensbury Center, 742 Bay Road (reasonably accessible to persons with mobility impairment) to consider
the following variance and/or appeal application:

Project Description: Applicant proposes a two-lot subdivision of a 4.69 acre parcel. Lot 1 is to be 0.94 ac and has a
preexisting boat storage building of 8,020.8 sq ft footprint; Lot 2 is to be 3.75 ac and maintain the existing motel
complex multiple buildings footprint 36,605.7 sq ft. There are no changes to the existing buildings or operations. Relief
requested for lot size, setback, road frontage, and lot width.
