GENERAL NOTES
1. Contractor shall verify field measurements and conditions
prior to construction.
2. Prior to construction, contractor shall stake out all
improvements and shall bring to the attention of the
Owner any discrepancies.
3. Contractor shall verify all grades and dimensions in the
field and report any discrepancies to the Owner.
4. Contractor is responsible to repair or replace all items
damaged outside of construction limits, or any items
disturbed on the site which are not part of the identified
work of this contract.
5. Contractor shall blend all work of this contract smoothly
into existing conditions at construction limits.
6. Contractor shall visit the site to observe all existing site
conditions prior to start of work.
7., Prior to project close-out, contractor shall remove all
debris and excess materials from the site.
8 Bituminous pavement shall not be laid when ground temperature
