On October 9 , 1989 you applied to this Department for a building permit
for renovations at your residence .
On October 11 , a field inspection was made , and you were informed that
it would be necessary to consult with an engineer and obtain professional plans
and recommendations before we would issue a permit for the proposed work .
As of this date we have received no communication relating to the above .
