As requested, CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY visited the referenced project site for the purpose of observing
the proof-rolling operations conducted by the site contractor.
The site contractor employed a 10 ton roller on footing Subgrade sections P30 - P38 sub-subbase material. The
contractor made overlapping passes with the roller over the entire area.

Upon completion, the following information is provided:
The entire area appeared stable with NO apparent weaving or pumping of the subgrade. Deflection of the subgrade
was limited to less than 0.5" under the weight of the roller.
