The entire area appeared stable with NO apparent weaving or pumping of the subgrade. Deflection of the subgrade
was limited to less than 0.5" under the weight of the roller.

As requested, CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY visited the referenced project site for the purpose of observing
the proof-rolling operations conducted by the site contractor.
The site contractor employed a 10 ton roller on footing Subgrade sections P16 - P20 sub-subbase material. The
contractor made overlapping passes with the roller over the entire area.
