SPECIAL CONDITIONS
16. All persons, governmental agencies or corporations desiring to repair existing crib docks
that were damaged by ice, shall notify the Deputy Regional Permit Administrator in writing
at the Department's Warrensburg office by July 1, 1990 of his, her or its intention to do
so. Notices received after that date will require individual permits.
17. Only work which is repair or replacenenb . in the same location and• of the same size as

18. No freshwater wetlands shall be disturbed under any circumstances.
