The structure of the ride consists of prefabricated members that were machined in Cincinnati and installed on-site in Queensbury, New York. In the picture below, you can see the specific mark numbers that were on each of the main structural members. These were assembled using individual drawings of each cross-section (bent drawings) and a series of typical detail drawings. s ''' . ---. • _ \ 11`. ` ,' ! \ F : • ti ," 16.,- i r, _ ; ilot Jam,,,. k , -.:-, Q 3 4• cr} w .« - ..r_ s - 8 JvA y ,,1f i '.0 i'_' 4y C% ice. ,j r _ i i r i/■_ 4 fr 4 •kf F 5 f' ar - / ? r ' 1 li f q. i , Once the structure and track for the ride was completed, a team has gone through the entire ride structure and verified the tightness of the bolts and marked the nut and thread with a yellow paint stripe. p:513.948.8400 • f:513.948.8420 • p.o.box 62050,cincinnati,oh 45262 • www,thegravitygroup.com A I THE ( GRAVTTY Cr-`= - ' 4"aFT GROUP , The integrity of the structure was verified throughout the construction process through multiple visits to the project site in addition to regular communication (including video calls from the project site) with the project foreman. These visits demonstrated that the ride was built in accordance with the drawings. Because members were pre-machined and marked, there was limited ability for something to be built incorrectly. In terms of the ride design and details, this ride is based on the same ride system that is used for rides that are significantly taller and longer. As the main project engineer, I have been involved with the structural design of 30 new rides at The Gravity Group, LLC since 2002. These rides are located in the USA, China, Europe, and Australia and all follow their associated design codes for amusement rides. Additionally, I have taught classes at AIMS (Amusement Industry Manufacturers & Suppliers Internationals) seminars to train park personnel on the proper --==_,,e techniques for wooden roller coasters. `:kcOF NEIy1: Kind Regar. .i1'I. "-----• ''( It1"atI 11 -,e,® 108252 Korey T.
