ClearVU Inspections, performed a compartmentalized one-point air tightness, blower door test on the
first floor commercial space located at 80 Main Street, Queensbury, NY, to determine the air changes
per hour on April 14, 2024. The building was depressurized and the testing procedure performed as
per ICC–380.4.3.2.
Test conditions were as follows:
Fan location - Rear door
400’ above sea level
6,9002 CFM50
45°F outside air temperature
60°F inside air temperature
Pre-Test Baseline Building Pressure -3.7 Pa
-50.0 Pa testing pressure
TEC DG-1000 & Model 3 Fan
Boundary Area Calculated via architectural plans
Altitude Correction Factor = (1+(.000006 x altitude)) x CFM50 = n/a
Results: ( 6,902 CFM75 x 0.985 ) / ( 21,820 boundary area) =
0.316 cfm/ft2
IECC – C402.5 - The thermal envelope of buildings shall comply with Sections C402.5.1 through C402.5.8, or the building thermal envelope shall

official and deemed to comply with the provisions of this section when the tested air leakage rate of the building thermal envelope is not greater
than 0.40 cfm/ft²(2.0 L/s ⦁ m²). Where compliance is based on such testing, the building shall also comply with Sections C402.5.5, C402.5.6 and
C402.5.7.
During testing:
