I am writing to you regarding your requested survey -waiver for your proposed Area Variance project to
remove two existing decks to replace with two similar decks to be connected by a foot bridge located at
33 Honeysuckle Lane in Lake George, NY. Chairman Mike McCabe has approved your waiver request
with the condition that an As -Built Survey be provided.
