Due to square footage of store , the number of exits
shown are not required , However , if a rear exit is desired ,
only one path into the storage area is recommended rather
than two shown . The south entry to the storage room allows
for direct movement to the exterior storeroom door . Both
should be marked with exit signs as shown . This suggestion
would eliminate the need, for the second exit sign from the
display floor to the storage room .
All EXIT signs must be battery back-up type .
An emergency light is strongly recommended as shown in
the display floor .
