At the above referenced project location this office performed an on-site observation of the framing
for the two duplex buildings indicated. These units appear to be in conformance with the
construction drawings and all framing work is acceptable to this office. The finished basement
spaces are in accordance with the memo from 20 June 2024. If there are any questions please let
