RESOLUTION APPROVING REPURCHASE OF CEMETERY LOT IN
PINE VIEW CEMETERY FROM ERIC AND BRENDA PADUA

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission previously sold a Pine View
Cemetery lot to Eric and Brenda Padua identified Lot No.: 80-F in Erie Plot and Eric and Brenda
Padua have requested that the Cemetery Commission buy back the lot, and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Commission and Cemetery Superintendent have recommended
repurchase of the lot and approval by the Town Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Cemetery
Commission's repurchase of Pine View Cemetery Lot No.: 80-F in Erie Plot from Eric and Brenda
Padua for $500 and authorizes the Cemetery Superintendent to arrange for payment to Eric and
Brenda Padua, 13600 OToole Drive, Matthews, NC 28105 and authorizes and directs the Cemetery
Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate this
Resolution.
