September 11. 2O24 Town cfQueenobury Building & Codes 742 Bay Road Queenobury. NY 12804 Attn: John O'Bhen. Director Re: Bottum Residence—7 Wood Point Lane Dear Mr. O'Bhen: In compliance with application approvals granted by the Town of Queensbury I offer the following regarding the referenced project. The design plans, prepared by this office, reviewed and approved by the Town as associated with the wastewater system app|ioation, are as follows: Wastewater Replacement for the Bottum Residence 7 Wood Point Lane, Queenobury July 24. 2O24 Sheet1 Wastewater Plan Sheet2- VVaotevvaerOetai|o On August 27, 2024, Environmental Design Partnership, LLP (EDP)was on-site to observe key components of the system installation. The provided as-built was completed by EOP, and all system components were installed in general accordance with the approved plan set. During the course of construction, Morningstar Excavation, the local contractor, adjusted the location of the field and system components, moving them upgradient to preserve mature trees and minimize site disturbance. Aoa result, the as-built plan reflects the system in a slightly different location than originally proposed. It is important to note that the approved plans included a provision that stated, "Contractor to remove the minimum amount of trees and vegetation within the wastewater system and forcemain areas necessary to allow for construction." This adjustment was made in keeping with that note, and the new location meets all required setback standards aowell. Based on my inspection of the system installation it is my opinion that the wastewater system io in compliance with the intent of the approved design plan and is ready for operation. Sincerely, Connor OeMyer. Project Engineer.
