Dear Ms. Moore:
I am writing to request a waiver from the Survey pre and post conditions requirements.
This proposal is for a reduced number of spaces required which does not impact setbacks. The C2 - Site
Layout Plan and the Minor Subdivision Plan Survey by CT Male Associates, as well as the SP-1 revision 4 by
Petrillo Office show there are no changes to setbacks. We feel that a waiver of the Survey Pre and Post
Conditions requirement is warranted in this situation.
