The proposal includes rezoning the parcel from Recreation Commercial Zone to a Planned Resort Development. The project includes the following major components “Base Area Alpine Village” –mixed use retail and residential use, Town House Development- 56 units, “Hotel/Banquet/Spa Complex/Athletic Club” – 80 room hotel and amenities, “Day- Use Lodge Area”- existing Northwest Mountain Lodge to be renovated and site amenities include an outdoor amphitheater, and “Single Family Home Development -65 single family homes.
