ON THAT PROPERTY, IT IS IN VIOLATION OF OUR ORDINANCE.
IS THERE SOME DATE THAT WE CAN ISSUE THAT PERMIT , WHEN YOU WILL HAVE
REMOVED THE EXISTING MOBILE HOME FROM THE PROPERTY?

UNDER WE CAN GRANT MR. PALMER A PERMIT WITHIN A WEEK TO REPLACE AN EXISTING

MOBILE HOME BECAUSE IT DOES NOT REQUIRE A HEARING. ALMOST ANY TIME THAT
HE COMES IN HERE AND SAYS THAT HE WILL REMOVE THE MOBILE HOME FROM THE LOT
WE CAN GRANT HIM A PERMIT AT THAT TIME WITHOUT SCHEDULING FURTHER PUBLIC
HEARINGS.
