Dear Mr. Daigle:
During a site plan inspection on December 5, 2006 and after the review of your"as built" site
plan submitted to this office on March 15, 2007, the following deficiencies were discovered:
1) The new distribution center building is in violation of the rear setback requirements
(the rear setback relief granted to you in AV 78-2005 has been exceeded).
2) The three mulched planting beds (large bed at the northeast corner of the parcel and
two smaller ones along the Boulevard) have not been constructed.
3) The landscaping approved for the planting beds referenced in #2 have not been
installed.
4) The seeded lawn area west of the building above the west septic system has not
been created and is currently covered with crushed stone. The stone will need to be
removed before a lawn can be established.
5) The access drive closest to the northeast corner of the parcel has not been
eliminated.
6) It appears as though the permeability for the site is less than that approved in AV 78-
2005, and an accurate permeability percentage will need to be calculated from the
"as built" survey.
7) The configuration and size of the parking area and adjacent drive isle on the north
• side of the one-story office building is different and larger than that approved.
I have been informed by Susan Barden (TOQ Land Use Planner) that you submitted an area
variance application on March 15, 2007. Should you receive the relief required so your
project is in compliance with the zoning code, you will also need to apply for Site Plan
Review again. Future inspections of your project will be based on the approval of that
