This letter is to inform you that we inspected the completed septic system for the house at 8
Essex Court (Lot#2) in the Sutton Place Subdivision on November 8, 2006.
The septic system as installed was for a four bedroom house and consisted of a 1,250 gallon
septic tank and 196 lineal feet of absorption trench constructed with stone and perforated pipe.
The system conforms to the requirements of the approved subdivision design drawings.
