This letter is to inform you that on July 23, 2007, we inspected the completed septic system for
Clute Enterprises' Property at 43 Eldridge Road (Lot#1) in the Town of Queensbury.
The septic system as installed was for a three bedroom house and consisted of a 1,000 gallon
septic tank and three, 50 foot long absorption trench laterals. The system conforms to the
requirements of the approved subdivision design drawings.
