French Mountain Bear Pond, LLC relative to the proposed Zip-Flyer being an allowable use in the LC-10A zoning district. Appellant
claims the Zip-Flyer does not meet the Zoning Code's definition of an "outdoor recreation" use and is instead a "tourist attraction"
with motorized activities.
