At the time of our site visit, we visually observed construction of the interior slab on grade, temporary shoring of the existing framing above the work area and installation of the exterior wall steel lintel at the wall opening to be used for equipment installation. These items appear to have been installed in general conformance with the contract documents. One item in progress at the time of our site visit was the completion of the connection at the lintel beam / column cap steel bracket. Erection fasteners were in place at the time of the site visit. Subsequently, the through bolts required by the bracket manufacturer were installed as required. See the attached photograph indicating the completed installation.
