The following comments are based on review of submitted plan:
1) Please provide a proposed occupant limit for the assembly space
(courtroom), so egress can be calculated
2) Provide NFPA 72 compliant documentation for any Fire Alarm system
upgrades or modifications
3) Add combo pak at front exterior door from courtroom
4) Fire Extinguisher locations to be discussed '
5) Provide details for location of scanning equipment, so egress
components can be evaluated
6) Cotractor to follow all provisions outlined in NYSFC Chapter 14,
NYSBC Chapter 33 and NYEBC Chapter 14
