The replacement septic system as installed was for a 3 bedroom home and consisted of a new 1000 gallon septic tank, a new pump station, new distribution box and a 15 ft wide by 30 ft long absorption bed with 3 — 25 ft long laterals constructed of perforated pipe and stone. The system conforms to the requirements of the approved replacement septic system design. We have also provided a copy of the suggested easement for access to the replacement system on an adjacent parcel owned by the Nicoles.
