Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants, P.C. (Tectonic) conducted an inspection of the
aforementioned site on December 4, 2012 to ensure general conformance with the
Construction Drawings (dated January 6, 2012) prepared by Tectonic. The conclusion of our site
visit is that, to the best of my knowledge, the site has been completed in accordance with the
approved drawings.
Two aspects of the project did deviate from the construction drawings. The proposed
transformer and the proposed Verizon Wireless microwave dish were included in the drawings,
but were not installed during construction of the site.
