Pavement striped for an additional parking space with remainder of area crosshatched as no parking found in its place. 2) ADA compliant ramp and sidewalk at south end of parking area along west side of building not constructed per approval(constructed but not at approved angle to building). 3) Proposed stop bar missing off of northeast corner of building(at end of drive-thru). 4) Landscape bed not constructed along west side of building. 5) Landscaping south and west of building not arranged per approval,and the total number of plantings appears to be significantly less than that approved. 6) Clearing limits exceeded at south end of project(proof of NYSDEC directive to remove vegetation due to septic leach field needs to be submitted). 7) Due to the changes from that approved,you will need to provide an"as built" site plan per Condition#6 of your approval.
