Project: This project consists of: Removal of existing building, redevelopment of site to include
Convenience Store/Small Town Oil NTO Quick Service Restaurant/Six fuel dispensers/
Gas Canopy/ Parking lot area for customers and employees/ Landscaping. The Town of
Queensbury Planning Board approved a similar site plan on 4/24/2007. (Site Plan
Review 40-2006) Work will include site grading, parking, drive-thru, exterior lighting,
landscaping, and signage. Estimated building foot print is 4820 Square FT.
The building is to be: slab on grade, wood construction, exterior insulation, clap board
siding and gable roof. An energy and environmentally friendly building / services that
reflect the image of newly developed retail area.
