RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO NORTH QUEENSBURY
WASTEWATER DISPOSAL DISTRICT NO. I ADVISORY BOARD

SECONDED BY:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 407,2014, the Queensbury Town Board approved the North
Queensbury Wastewater Disposal District No. 1 (District) to serve 71 properties in the Dunham's
Bay area of the Town in accordance with New York Town Law Article 12-A, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to form a District Advisory Board composed of 10
property owners from the District, and
WHEREAS, the District has provided the Town Board with its recommendation for the
Advisory Board members, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed the list and analyzed the Town's needs and
determined that such proposed members will be the initial District Advisory Board members,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints the following 10 persons who
are property owners within the District to the North Queensbury Wastewater Disposal District No. 1
Advisory Board:
o Alan Wrigley
o Salvatore Ervolina
o Phill Mitchell
o Kate McCarthy
o Bill Green
o John Salvador
o Barbara Simms
o Len Simms
o Raymond "Bud" Maddocks
o Sarah Catlin Landers
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such Board members shall serve at the direction of the Town Board with
their terms to begin immediately and terminate on December 31St, 2015, with the Town Board's
current intention being that future appointments will be for each succeeding calendar year, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Town
Clerk to take any necessary actions to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
