WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 77,2012, the Town Board appointed George Ferone as an
alternate member of the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, a Planning Board regular member vacancy exists due to the recent resignation of
Donald Krebs and therefore the Town Board wishes to appoint Mr. Ferone to serve as a regular
member on the Planning Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints current alternate member
George Ferone to serve as a regular member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires
on December 31St, 2015.
Duly adopted this 5th day of January, 2015, by the following vote:
