WHEREBY, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to establish a Clerk (part-time) position to
provide for part-time assistance in the Town Historian's Office as set forth in the New Position Duties
Statement adopted by the Warren County Department of Civil Service presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby establishes the Clerk (part-time)
position as set forth in the New Position Duties Statement adopted by the Warren County Department
of Civil Service and presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Town
Historian and/or Town Budget Officer to complete any documentation and take such other and further
action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
