WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 405, 2014 the Queensbury Town Board authorized the hiring
of Brittany Cole to work as a temporary, part-time Assistant in the Town Historian's Office, and
WHEREAS, Warren County Civil Service has advised that the title for such position should
instead be Clerk (part-time) in accordance with its New Position Duties Statement presented at this
meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to amend Resolution No.: 405, 2014 accordingly to
change all references of"part-time Assistant"to"Clerk(part-time),"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 405, 2014
such that"Clerk(part-time)" shall be substituted therein for all references of"part-time Assistant," and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 405, 2014 in
all other respects.
