WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into an Agreement with Cellco
Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless regarding wireless services, and
WHEREAS, such proposed Agreement is presented at this meeting and is in form acceptable
to Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes an Agreement
with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless regarding wireless services, substantially in the form
presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute such Agreement and any other necessary documentation and authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor, Town Budget Officer and/or Town Counsel to take such other and further action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
