OF QUEENSBURY AND NATIONAL BUSINESS EQUIPMENT

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury wishes to enter into a Lease Agreement for office
equipment with National Business Equipment, and
WHEREAS, such proposed Lease Agreement is presented at this meeting and is in form
acceptable to Town Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the Lease
Agreement between the Town of Queensbury and National Business Equipment substantially in the
form presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute such Lease Agreement and any other necessary documentation and authorizes and directs the
Town Supervisor, Town Budget Officer and/or Town Counsel to take such other and further action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
