WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 81, 2015 the Queensbury Town Board appointed persons to
the North Queensbury Wastewater Disposal District No. 1 Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to also appoint Cynthia Didio to such Board and amend
Resolution No.: 81, 2015 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 81, 2015 to
include that Cynthia Didio is also appointed to the North Queensbury Wastewater Disposal District
No. 1 Advisory Board, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 81,2015 in all
other respects.
