RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE PLANNING BOARD'S REQUEST
TO BE LEAD AGENCY FOR SEQRA PURPOSES
Project: Area Variance No. 11-2015,
Maurice Combs - 636 Corinth Road
The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Queensbury has received an application from Maurice
Combs for a variance from Chapter 183 of the Zoning Code of The Town of Queensbury. Applicant
proposes removal of existing single-family dwelling and development of a 7-lot residential
subdivision with lot sizes ranging from 1.01 acres to 1.45 acres. Relief requested from minimum lot size
requirements for the MDR district.
