I have reviewed the letter from Sean Doty, PE regarding the review of the above
referenced project. I have spoken with Sean Doty, PE and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project increases impervious surface area by less than 1000
square feet and therefore does not require a stormwater management plan.
However, we have designed stormwater controls to treat runoff from a portion of
the existing and proposed impervious surfaces.
2. Does not apply.
3. Does not apply.
4. Does not apply.
5. There are no wells within 100' of the proposed septic leaching bed or
stormwater controls that treat driveway runoff.
