1. The residence is a single story wood framed home built in 1984 and has been
extensively damaged by a dryer fire.
2. The following engineered repairs are acceptable:
1. Change the incoming electrical panel to a 200 amp service with forty
individual circuits.
2. Install hard wired interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
with battery backup in each bedroom, hallway, and basement.
3. Spray seal all the exposed lumber in the house with Bin.
4. Re-gusset the first floor joists beneath the bathroom.
5. Remove all radiant heat floor tubing.
6. Remove all the basement bathroom fixtures, plumbing, and fill in pump
station.
7. Instal a new 12" micro lam for support.
8. Install a new high efficiency gas forced hot air furnaces and duct work.
9. Install a new high efficiency insulated electric hot water heater.
10. Install a new high efficiency central air conditioner.
11. Install a new triple 2x10 first floor girder.
12. Install a new insulated basement door at the Bilco access.
13.Sister all damaged rafter tails.
14. Replace all damaged sheathing.
15. Install high density R-19 insulation in Family room 2x6 walls and high
c1fKigiOR-30 in the ceiling. NOTICE
