WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of June IOth and June l ltl' 2015 and payment dates of June
10th and June 16th 2015,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of June 10th and June l ltl' 2015 and payment dates of June 10th and June 16t1i 2015 totaling
$21,422.73 and $1,384,571.95 respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
