RESOLUTION APPROVING RE-PURCHASE OF CEMETERY LOTS IN
PINE VIEW CEMETERY FROM DOLORES DOYLE

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission previously sold two (2)
cemetery lots in the Pine View Cemetery to Dolores Doyle—Plot No.: 31-B, Seneca Section, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Doyle has requested that the Town's Cemetery Commission buy back such
lots, and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Commission and Cemetery Superintendent have recommended re-
purchase of such lots and approval of the re-purchase by the Town Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the Cemetery
Commission's re-purchase of two (2) lots in the Pine View Cemetery from Dolores Doyle—Plot No.:
31-B, Seneca Section, for the amount of$533.34, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Cemetery Superintendent to
arrange for the payment of such amount to Ms. Doyle and properly account for the sales in the Town's
books and records.

Mrs. Dolores Doyle has requested to sell back her Plot Numbers
31B in the Seneca Section of Pine View Cemetery. The original
price of Plot Numbers 31B was $800.00. A total of $266.66 will
remain in the permanent maintenance fund, leaving a balance due
Mrs. Doyle of $533.34.
The Pine View Cemetery Commission requests a Resolution by the
Queensbury Town Board to reimburse her in the amount of
$533.34.

Dear Ms. Goedert:
In April 2002, I purchased two cemetery plots in Pineview Cemetery,
designated as Deed 3165, Lot 31B, Section Seneca. The amount paid for these
plots was $800.00
On June 17, 2015 I authorized the disinterment of my husband's remains to
be reburied in St. Mary's Cemetery, Kingston, NY.
I am confirming, as per our phone call, that I will receive one-third of
$400.00 for the one unused plot. At a time, when the plot where my husband
was buried, is resold, I will be reimbursed one-third of$400.00.
