WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, certain Departments of the Town of Queensbury are allotted petty cash in order
to purchase necessities such as postage or supplies on a more timely basis, and
WHEREAS, the Town Tax Receiver has requested a $100 increase in the Tax Receiver
Office's petty cash allotment, from$200 to $300, in order to also process water payments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes an increase in the Town
Tax Receiver Office's petty cash allotment from$200 to $300, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Tax Receiver and/or
Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms
of this Resolution.
