Peter Jensen 17 West Road South Glens Falls New York 12803 (518) 798—3859 July 26,2015 To Whom It May Concern: On July 24,2015, at the request of Michael Yurdiga, I investigated the property on the west side of Sunset Trail between#6 and# 20, Town of Queensbury, Warren County New York. The purpose of this investigation was to determine the suitability of the site for the installation of a septic system. A test pit dug to a depth of 74"indicated the soil profile, in the area investigated,to be as follows: • 0 - 6"top soil/forest duff. • 6"- 38"medium coarse yellow brown sand. • 38" - 62"yellow brown coarse sandy gravel. • 62"- 74 hardpan. • There was no evidence of mottling observed. The stabilized percolation rate was determined to be one(1)minute fifty two(52) seconds. Based on the above, the lot between#6 and#20 Sunset Trail in the area investigated; is adequate for the installation of a residential septic system. Sincerely,, G. Peter ensen 4EpE0 AgCh 47 t 7t t.
