Based on our field observations, we feel that the systems have been constructed substantially in conformance with design plans prepared by this office, entitled "Stormwater & Wastewater Management", prepared for Michael & Stephanie Haverly" as "Issued for Construction" on August 21, 2015, with the exceptions and/or construction changes noted on the attached "Wastewater Record Plan", dated January 29, 2016, and below: 1. Buried tanks were not provided with antiflotation provisions, and although they may not be subject to routine flotation risk, it would not be advisable to pump the tanks completely empty during high groundwater periods. 2. Several buried components of the wastewater system, including especially the force main, were not witnessed by representatives of this office, however, photographs supplied by the contractor are attached.
