WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has received a donation of nine holes of golf for two
from the Bay Meadows Golf Course, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is honored by this generous offer and wishes to authorize and
use such donation as an incentive/raffle during the Town of Queensbury's Wellness Day on October
9 `, 2015,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and accepts the donation of
nine holes of golf for two from the Bay Meadows Golf Course and the use of such donation as an
incentive/raffle during the Town of Queensbury's Wellness Day on October 9t`, 2015, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to send a
certified copy of this Resolution to Bay Meadows Golf Course with a letter from the Town thanking
them for their generosity.
