SEQRA Long Form—Type I, Part 2 Project Description Further SEQRA review: Applicant proposes a Planned Unit Development (PUD) consisting of office, business retail and multi-family uses. The proposed mixed use density is for 142 residential units and 56,180sq ft. of commercial space. Activities also include land disturbance for installation of a parking areas, parking garage, sidewalks and drive areas along with associated infrastructure and utilities for the project SUMMARY The Applicant completed a SEQRA Full/Long Environmental Assessment Form Part 1 in 2013 using the official SEQRA forms which were then in effect. The Project was then subject to extensive review, including SEQRA review by the Planning Board as SEQRA Lead Agency, during 2013 and 2014. The Planning Board ultimately completed Part 2 of that EAF, after several Project modifications during the course of review, and issued a SEQRA Negative Declaration. As part of the current PUD application review process, the Applicant has submitted a new Full/Long EAF reflecting the current proposal and using the new SEQRA EAF Form. As the Project is substantially identical to that which was previously approved by the Planning Board, the Planning Board reaffirmed its prior SEQRA Negative Declaration on October 20, 2015. However, to fully complete SEQRA review and to be consistent with the Applicant's new EAF Part 1, the Planning Board wishes to review and complete the new EAF Part 2.
