WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of November 23rd and December 3rd, 2015 and payment dates
of November 23rd and December 8th 2015,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of November 23rd and December 3rd, 2015 and payment dates of November 23rd and
December 8t1i 2015 totaling $313,875.91 and $411,580.24 respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
